01
Anxiety & everyday life
What does anxiety feel like amid learning, work, relationships and daily routines? What helps us get through difficult moments, and what can be hard to put into words?
A space for exploring these experiences, including the parts that others may not see.
02
Life across cultures, belonging & mental health
Living across cultures can bring possibilities, tensions and questions about where we feel at home. Language, family expectations and unfamiliar surroundings can shape how we understand ourselves and how we talk about mental health.
Here, we can explore experiences of moving, adapting, feeling connected—or feeling somewhere in between.
03
Seeking help & finding support
Thinking about asking for help can bring its own questions. Is this something I can talk about? Who might understand? What happens after I reach out?
This theme explores how young people find their way through support from friends, family, communities, schools, universities, workplaces and professional services, including what happens when that support doesn’t feel right.
04
Family conversations & understanding
Care can be expressed and understood in different ways. Young people and family members may have different expectations, different words for distress, or different ideas about what would help.
A space to explore those differences, the conversations that feel difficult, and the moments when understanding becomes possible.
